I just attended a game where the Alistar on the other team was being blatantly racist, saying things like "You guys want to go to a KKK convention with me?","Jhin lets go out and kill us some %%%%s" or just openingly saying the N word like it was nothing to him. Yes, I reported him and he ended up getting a restriction, if not a ban, but that's not the problem.

It's the fact that he literally admitted to having 8 accounts, and that him getting banned doesn't matter because "I'll just buy another fresh level 30 account from Ebay for 7 bucks". It's not even just this, but it's also the fact that people can literally just make another account whenever they'd like.

I'm aware that nothing can be done about this, it's just frustrating to see. This was my rant of the day.

Look at it this way, this person is throwing away 7 dollars every time they do this for no other reason other than they lack self control. Besides, a vast majority of the time the people who toss out such statements do so only to annoy you not because they are true.

I saw someone on the boards claim they had over 20 accounts and any attempts to permaban them from the boards would just result in them constantly switching accounts all day while taunting the mods with posts.

Two banned accounts later they didn't post anymore.

Well actually, something can be done about it.

You can mute him. No one's stopping you from blocking chat you don't like.

You can IP ban people, but sadly Riot is against that practice.

I suggest looking for a way to play with them. You tried the revengy thing and it just made you mad. IMO.

So what solution would you like for this? He already admitted to breaking numerous rules (buying account, writing racist remarks in chat) The only logical way to stop this would be to make this game pay to play, which defeats the purpose of this game. The only thing you can do to combat this at the moment is to: Report this person (which im sure you hope you did) And if you can, get screenshots of this person talking especially about buying numerous account and send it to Riot Support. While he did buy those accounts, since it is against the rules they will ban it, especially since more than likely it was botted to becoming level 30. But things like this sadly only ban in waves, so unless his account triggered the detection, he wont get caught till the next ban wave.

With that said you really shouldnt let people like this bother you. Reporting them will get their account punished. Its pretty sad that they need to buy accounts since making an account is free, so the only person actually losing here is this person spending money on numerous accounts!
