No name and shame
Someone just pin a No name and shame up at the top of player behavior in big letters. Universal Rules isn't sexy enough to get views.
It's like the number 1 boards violation and most often is totally accidental.

We were hoping the Boards User's Guide on the side-bar would give enough visibility (it's in part 3: Reporting in-game Offenses ). Most name & shame offenses are from first time posters that don't take the time to read a single rule or sticky posts, honestly.
