Just had this Udyr Top guy who trolled for no reason , looking at his match history , he never plays Top so I assumed he got autofilled so he decided to troll He never talked in chat , didn't feed or anything , he just went to his lane every single time and that's all ,he never grouped with us or followed enemies at baron , we were having our base taken 4v5 in mid and he is farming For no reason , when we can actually win , for how long will it stay like that? why can't we report trollers? like sending a support ticket will do nothing

Trolls and inters do get banned but because they're getting smarter about how they avoid detection (and because Riot wants to try to avoid punishing innocent players as much as possible) it's harder to catch them in the act compared to simple chat-related offenses. Gameplay related offenses when proven to be on purpose are assigned a 2-week ban as the first punishment. In case you don’t believe me on this point here are some examples of gameplay trolls being banned. Yes it’s just a few examples, but it proves that they do get punished.

The odds of a troll getting banned are close to non existent unless they're doing it fairly often.

What that Udyr did though doesn't even count as trolling anyway.

I looked up the game on your match history. Here's a link for anyone who'd like to see it.

This player did the second most dmg to champs on your team besides you. Was the only one pushing turrets. Had a similar vision score to you and was only beat by the support.

Your bot lane fed and the enemy team steam rolled you. This Udyr was making the right choice in farming up if your bot lane simply played safer after their first deaths.

Without substantial damning evidence like some .webm clips showing clear trolling, then this doesn't appear to be griefing. Throwing out claims of griefing without evidence is fucking weak dude.

It is also hard for Riot to prove someone is playing on someone elses' account. I mean how hard is it for a Bronze V to spike up to Gold MMR with different keybinds to summoner spells and a totally new champion pool where they average over 200 cs before 15 minute mark? Then seeing their normal games and other ranked games where they barely average 80 cs by 15 minutes.

Sometimes I just don't understand X)

Like the advisor said, it's too hard to prove someone is innocent (especially when you hand evidence of someone boosting someone and messaging about how much they're getting paid and or what they're getting paid with[girls getting free boost to Platinum while I am here getting shat on by smurfs and boosters going 21-0 against my team and I])

Or it could be a genius Faker Silver Player who never really shined in the light (very unlikely).

Unless you're Tyler1, Riot probably wont ban you for inting

They might fine you if you happen to be Uzi
