Name was covered in red because board rules against public shaming

I got a 10 game chat ban for " unsportsmanlike behavior " after this game , while never getting a notification that this guy got punished , no idea what counts as unsportsmanlike but im not too happy about someone calling me a bastard and to go kill myself , then blame me for what riot calls " giving up " , the whole punishment system is unfair and youd think that they gave the players this new honor system they should deem actions like this unacceptable , but apparently league points are more important than my feelings , i dont even blame the player i blame this broken system for tolerating this behavior , i ve been directed to a post that goes something along the lines of " well a first time offender isnt directly punished " and thats stupid , this sort of behavior should be punishable every single time or we wont be any nicer as a community , its always been the saltiest place on earth and it always will be unless this improves .
