How long does a warning wear off?

Not here to excuse my thing, yeah didn't mean it wont do it again blah blah blah you don't wanna hear that probably so that's not what I'm here for

Just wanna know how long it'll take n how long I gotta wait it out.

Or is it like a record thing where it's like "Oh they did these things recently/they did these things a LONG time ago"
