"smurfs" and new accounts should be inta perma banned for trolling when not getting their role

Kids got 50 games in silver no other history so clearly a banned toxic player. Asks for jungle doesnt get it is toxic in champ select and is in game and feeds. His duo apparently the top doesnt leashe doesnt help when people are pushing mid and just doesnt play. Also made it so the adc started inting because he was taking cs and being a dick. i dont blame him I stopped trying as well its no fun playing with straight toxic idiots. Its different if you are actually good but if you play ranked to be a dick you are a straight up loser.

This type of stuff needs perma bans because the kids wont learn any other way. If you are playing ranked to be a dick you just have serious mental issues. Getting a restriction wont help these people.
