Is there any possibility in the redemption and unbanning of tyler1 or is this case closed permanently? Theoretically, what would it take for the geodude himself to prove himself worthy of Riot's grace?

So far it's case closed but Riot has unbanned a permanently banned player. It was C9Jensen (perma-banned) that was unbanned and he did some pretty horrible things. DDOSing and highly toxic. So I guess it's not out of the realm of possibility but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Yes. It is possible since it is completely up to Riot. But tyler1's behavior not only was horrible, but he was a bad influence on the community as a whole because of the number of people that seeked to emulate him.

To convince Riot to let him back in, it would likely take great efforts to not only prove that he will no longer promote poor behavior (and account buying) on his stream, but also prove that he has a true desire to return to streaming league of legends.

Past precedent has shown that yes, it is possible (See Incarnation). They can't really stop him from making accounts, but he can make accounts and behave appropriately on those accounts, as well as not make them visible/known to Riot (i.e. stop streaming).

Anything is possible. But one thing that would help your case is evidence. With all these people who are apparent fans of his, Ive set to see any evidence that he has actually reform. Ive seen small clips of him from his stream of him being positive, but seeing how when most people stream its for hours, for all we know that could be one small positive action and then the rest of his stream is nothing but negativity. But he needs to do his part too. He needs to go out of his way to possibly contact or meet up with people who work at Riot and ask them what he needs to do. If he is just letting his fans do all his work what does that tell Riot?
