will intentional feeders be banned ?

im confused because i report people that intentionaly feed and troll (and i mean litterly feeding intentionaly not being noob) and ive been playing for 2 years not even once ive received a report telling me that they got banned

and what is their penalty because if it is 5 games in lower que priority its not good enough ive just played 15 games with one losse and got to silver 1 promo after going to s2 in my flex ( im g2 in solo) and in my promo i get a morde player who is by all means a sick person because we were wining the game we all had good stats mine was 6/1/5 as jungler and he just starts going in the middle of enemy and giving them kill and flaming me for not ganking him .. now i did gank 3 times but we couldnt kill hes laner because he was pushing non stop and hes laner was teemo so after 6 its not really possible to gank him because of hes muchrooms and good warding

now giving kills wasnt enough .. we still were beating the enemy even though he was feeding i was getting rift solo and after i kill rift he flashes on the rift takes it and spams it in the middle of jungle !!!!!!!!!!!

i mean this person shouldnt be able to play this game ... right now im tilted for life and im sure the rest of my team reported him too i get one of this player in one out 10 games in solo que and even more in flex .. but in flex its easier to carry because enemy is mostly not good players either DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO something plz [zombie-nunu-bummed]

You only get the notice that the player has been banned if your specific report caused the ban.

Most bans for intentional feeding/trolling are still done manually - the system does not ever send you a notification if your report led to a manual punishment.

Possibly, but it likely depends on when Riot actually decides to look at it. Their automated system is terrible when it comes to feeding.

i dont blame them if its not manual because people often report others just because they didnt like their play style or maybe someone played bad for one game .... i my self wouldnt want some one whose having a bad game to be punished for intentional feeding ... its mostly the players fault for abusing the system that creates flaws in it ...

All the same .. its very annoying when you meet someone who feeds and trolls and by all means tries to piss you off and u know there is nothing u can do about it .....
