Lone Wolves Unite
Riot please add in a lone wolf mode. I like to have fun and play with premades but thats not always possible. Playing normals as a solo can be miserable when you get paired up with a premade 4. Especially during winter and summer break when all the kids don't have to be in school. Two of my games today out of five had premade 4s that made me want to afk.
Here's how my last game goes. I called mid and locked in my champ so I could tab out and look at something else. 30 seconds later one of the premades calls mid and then they all start to bully me for the rest of the game. There is no ff because they wouldn't forfeit to keep me in the game to punish me. With four other people on the team premade, you are completely trapped and are guaranteed to get reported 4 times. Which I did for picking a mid after I called mid.
Your only options in this scenario are stand up for yourself and get trolled; or bend to the bullying of the premade and give up an hour of your life. Also during this game you need to be 100% careful about watching what you say, because you're sure as fuck getting reported a bunch. Riot says that multiple reports don't make a difference but this isn't true. I lost my ranked rewards this season from this very thing happening to me during the summer time. The experience is just all around terrible and reporting feels wasted. You know that one person reporting 4 people in a game isn't going to mean shit to Riot. They'll just assume its some salty ass summoner spamming "gg report team" in game.
Even if you're playing in a premade thats mature, theres still the possibility that there's a large skill difference. We've all played with premades who had a lvl 25, a diamond and a bronze all queueing together. That just makes the game un-fun as shit, when you have some 25/5 and someone else 1/25.
This is what I propose, its very simple; Add in a lone wolf mode to both normals and ranked. In this mode you'll get matched with other solo players and don't have to put with premade bullshit. This is especially important in ranked where the games actually matter.
