As damning as this is to my own inability to carry a game, I feel like I have an obligation to report it. There were 3 possible bots (Hecarim, Shaco, and Taric) in this coop vs ai game. Even if it _was _ just a coop match and not a big deal, I still believe it's unacceptable for people to pull crap like this.

The boards aren't the place for calling out others' in game behavior. You should always use the in game report feature to do that. If that's not possible, you can submit a request to support under general questions.
But yeah, bots suck. :(
Yea I'm seeing a shit load of scripters lately, especially late at night/early morning. The bad thing is they are getting better at being undetected and some of them even say words like 'Push, mid, help, wtf, lol'. The only thing you can do is report them and in the report list all the obvious signs they gave such as repeatedly turret diving, script-like movement, or not using spells.
There are some too that will pretend they are jungling, but they're actually using a script that will kill 2 jungle minions, wander jungle, recall, and repeat, only killing like 20 the whole game, just so they could avoid getting counted as AFK.
Yup noticed it too. They all like to say "Push", "WTF", "Frozen", "Gj" and some other quotes. These bots most likely to farm accounts for selling.
you mean you cant solo carry bots? i mean they dont even group they come by 1 or 2 at a time and you kite back
