Just because my Honor Level increases, does not mean my tolerance does.
Hi! HL3 player here (2/3). Not super super high, although not super low either, but, I have a gripe.
Every time I pass an honor checkpoint, it appears the amount of players with horrible attitudes I encounter when solo queuing seems to increase, and dramatically? I'm not saying my HL is the reason this is happening, but the correlation is insane (especially when I have been HL0, and not that long ago.) I'm not a proponent of /mute-all (in short, it breeds unnecessary toxicity, in that people can't communicate, and I think it's also a little pompous to assume that you as a player are above anything else on the team, including communication), but I mute people pretty much on the first signal of nonsense.
Why am I having to deal with this, and what incentive would it give for me to continue to play or even cooperate with these people? I just dealt with a Jhin who missed a play, died and had a complete mental breakdown, including running down lane and feeding kills, along with the person he was obviously duoing with. Because Riot's player behavior integrity is completely shot to sh*t (prove me wrong), they won't be banned or punished, but I'm trying to figure out how to best deal with this kind of stuff when it inevitable occurs again? It's kind of annoying?
