Really inspires you to get into another ranked game to rely on four other people not being unbanned int feeders. Something just tells me she has done this before and is right that she won't get banned.

This right here is why I struggle forcing myself to play support in ranked. I am certainly a support main, but knowing that one of the carries does this in 1/2 of my games is what forces me to play other positions to prevent this from happening as much.
and be careful because saying" i hope you get banned " is "toxic"
That's the thing with rivens either they get super fed and solo carry or get super behind and become ATM for the other team.
