is there a way to revert my suspension after being wrongfully accused of being toxic

soooo i just got a 14 day suspension for joking with a premade now i do want to admit i did use some bad language but it was all aimed at a player known by the name "renekton isnt co" which is actually my premade and i do want to point out that he does accept this kind of humor and he doesn't mind being called names or so ,getting a suspension cause of "abusive player comm" shouldn't really count when talking to premades should it ? if showing a log of my communication is necessary i will i just want to lift off the suspension as fast as possible

If the language was to a pre-made group of 5, and no other players were exposed to it, then you should submit to Player Support.

If it was not a full pre-made, your language may have still led to a bad experience for someone else, and you will likely not have success with a ticket.

no it was only me and my friend ... can you tell me how i can submit a support ticket ? i do wish to try my luck as a 14 day suspension and having a lower honor is a bit too much :/

I believe this link will work for all regions, but I'm not 100% sure.

If you'd like a faster response, I have a pretty good idea of what may and may not be considered for lighter punishments, and could probably give you at least some idea of what to expect, depending on your chat logs.

shoot if it doesn't remove the punishment at least making it lighter would help alot

Again, this is unlikely. The system is pretty accurate, and to get a 14-day ban you probably either exhibited behavior considered severe OR had previous punishments. I'd need to see the logs to see if you have much of a chance.

There are a lot of insults here, along with an "imma kill you," which isn't great. This could definitely lead to a punishment and, sadly, is almost CERTAIN to be upheld.

Pretty much. Remember, as well, that your account will be on very thin ice when you get back. Any level of toxicity could result in a permanent ban for a few months at least.

If you wish to behave like this with your friends, use an external chat program or the / whisper command so that only they see it. Exposing other players to unwanted toxic behavior is against the rules, even if it is not specifically targeted at them.

The thing is that joking or not, other people are there who also see what you are writing. They are still exposed to it and there is no way for them to know if you are joking or not. Post the logs they gave you if you think it is unfair.
