am i the only one that gets random connection issues during games ?

ever since yesterday I've been having problems ingame and it's been pissing me off everything goes well for a while until a few minutes into a match where i have an odd error where the game just doesn't respond to commands i can see the game going but i can't move,attack,use abilities or even buy items this has happened with me for the last few games now everything seems good at first and then suddenly it just cuts off I've tried everything to fix this issue from restarting the game to restarting the client to unplugging my cable and plugging it back etc etc.. and yes i have the game's ports forwarded this has been such a frustrating thing to deal with is i haven't been able to play league fro the past 2 days without disconnecting mid game did anybody else experience this kind of issue before and if so how do i fix it ?

UPDATE : the disconnection problem seems to exclusively happen around the 9 minute mark this happened in 2 of my games today and one yesterday i have yet to play a game to the end without having a disconnection issue
