suddenly disconnected from client

I entered a ranked game queue just 20 minutes ago, and for some reason I disconnected from champion select resulting in a loss of LP The client was pretty unstable but I never thought this would happen, is there any way to fix this ? I don't wanna lose anymore LP because of a goddamn bug and is there some way to actually gain back the lost mmr and LP behind this ? I've sent a screenshot of what it looks like, it said attempting to reconnect for 5 seconds then it just stayed exactly like what it looks like in the picture
