does this affect leaverbuster?

gabetheguy··1 votes·134 views

basically, I was about to get into a game, but my client fucked up and had to repair itself for roughly 3 minutes. and as I was reconnecting, the loading screen closed down to reveal they had already remade. would this count against leaverbuster?

Yes, leavebuster would give your account a strike for this. If it's not part of a habit, the leeway built into the system will mean that there is no LPQ applied. If you don't afk/leave otherwise, you're not in danger.
