Is what I did actually report worthy?

So when my champ is banned I usually just dodge but this time I decided not to and I went ekko support. Now I wasn't trying to troll, I did buy a sightstone, tyvm. I didn't steal cs, I brought exhaust etc.(playing support if you hadn't noticed) and people were blaming me for trolling. I honestly didn't expect win but I wanted to play a non meta champ. Everyone got pissed and told enemy team to report me "9/10" And if I did get my champ, 70% we would of won that so I admit we did lose because of me but I did try to win.

Playing off-meta is not a punishable offense, so the answer is basically 'no'. I'd recommend finding some alternative meta Supports for when you get pick/banned out, though.

Edit: However, selling all your items for AD/AS items is.

not with the scenario you presented.

however...

what did you say during the game? because that's what actually matters for most reports. you can play any champ anywhere as long as you're nice about it and try your best.

dodging every time your favorite champ is banned is an entirely different thing and you're penalized from queuing back up for a time.

It's hard to gauge tone and intent through words written online, but the impression I'm getting from your post is that you deliberately went through the bare minimum effort to satisfy your role as "support". Buying a sightstone and taking exhaust are great, sure. But there's a reason why some champs are considered "support" in the meta and others aren't: Support champs have utility outside of the items they buy, and often have good baseline stats such that you don't need all the items that a farming carry would get in order to stay relevant. Soraka very much fits that bill. Ekko, less-so. Did you actually play Ekko like a support, or did you basically just give your team an underfed mid-laner? That's not necessarily a reportable offense, but it is fairly inconsiderate of your team.
