leaver buster is broken
Is it ok for the game to give you 20 min low priority queue after every 3 minute d/c. i really wish the tribunal was back the old system was way better

Leaverbuster had nothing to do with the Tribunal, and yes you can get punished for leaving games, even if it's only for 3 minutes.
