Please do your job Riot Games

I've been wanting to ban this player for the longest time but riot games does not do their job and now i am in low priority games just because of them. When i tell you to ban a person i don't say that as a joke, i actually mean ban that person because he's wasting my time and others by being a troll but no you just overlooked my report and kept this player among us and now i have to pay for his actions. Now each time i want to play a game i have to wait ten minutes because you did not take my report seriously and banned this kid. Thank you Riot Games very well done.

And since we are in this subject i want to bring up an older ban i got because i was being harassed by a full team and because i went afk i got the ban and they didn't. Now i don't know if you're not taking these complaints seriously because you like to hear people wine and your just evil people or just do your job and ban these people. Thanks
