Submitting a Ticket (Problem)

Hello, I don't really know if this is really a bug since its not in-game but i am having trouble submitting a ticket to support. I've researched and tried many things for the past 2 days but could not get through and are always asking me to sign in before i can submit a ticket while i am already signed in. After that i tried to change my user name since they said that that could be the problem so i did and still could not get through. I've tried opening a private window in firefox and try again but again nothing happened. Even for when they asked me that i needed to update the account it tells me that "People have been waiting for too long and got bored" when i singed in as quick as possible. I don't know what else i can do cuz i really need to get through to support but i can't. What else can i do? is this happening all around or just for me? Thanks
