Bug Fix

Hello everyone,

I would like someone to help solve this problem. When i login to LOL client i dont get to see the friends list or the avatar i dont know why and i can't talk to anyone in game chat. Here's a pic, does anyone know how to solve it? Thanks

Note: I've tried uninstalling (deleting folders) and reinstalling as well as synchronizing time clock as mentioned on LOL support page on twitter but nothing worked.
