remove permanent bans from automated system

i have been playing lol for 6 years... since season 2 started at least. i remember when talon was released. and that riven was weaker then a wet noodle on release.

i have spend a lot of money on this game... just to be random perma banned with NO prior warnings in the past 2-3 months. just because teh entire enemy team reported me for "chat abuse" because i was calling the obviously hacking tryndamere a hacker. nothing more. you explain to me how a trynd i killed 4 times (so i was 4 and 1). suddenly walks up to me in lane with only a zeal.. and 4 shots me with 0 effort. and then insta kills me every time i see him. even after switching to a full tank build he was still bulldosing me. with 0 armor pen for most of the game.

automated system should not be allowed to issue perma bans because of stupid abuse cases like this. with the enemy team taking the hackers side.

You had two kills on the Trynd at 2:30 and 6:30, but then died to him at 7:30, and died to him again at 8:30 while killing a Vi. He then killed you again at 9:30.

The Trynd had a zeal at 6:49, when you were 2-0.

So why are you lying?

Lol you're a liar. You killed Trynd twice, before he started to killing you. You had a fucking vamp scepter and a cull at this time. (and a mana cristal) Not unusual that a Trynda is killing people without def Items.

NO prior warnings in the past 2-3 months.

So 4 months ago you got punished? A punishment is a warning and it does not just magically go away after its up, it stays on your account watching and waiting to give you the next punishment. Sometimes it will be there for months and months.

Sounds like he just outscaled you. This is honestly really salty of you to say. Having an understanding of what champions lose power late game and what ones gain power helps. Knowing the limits and potentol of your own champion and your lane opponent helps to understand and prevent snowballing.

With that said Trynd is VERY Snowbally and can easily catch up with simple farming and split pushing. Crit on him is also very strong early and because of his passive he gets a lot of it for free.

You should really consider these things before throwing out the "Your hacking" accusation.

There are checks to the system. Publishing your logs here and writing support tickets allow for manual reviews, the latter of which is one of the few ways to overturn a penalty.

I think you just underestimated trynd's abillity to 1 shot anyone if his crit bar is up lol. Although, I do understand and agree with what youre saying about the perma ban, I had an account perma for a reason riot REFUSED to tell me about without any warning beforehand. It sucks but you just gotta move on from it if you want to keep playing :/

It's incredibly rare for anyone to receive a permanent ban for chat reasons without any prior punishments. This leads me to assume that you have had punishments prior to this incident, likely around or a little over 3 months ago considering this statement

If I'm correct here, then those punishments WERE your warnings that your behavior was unacceptable. Now, if one of those punishments was a 14 day suspension, then I'm sorry to say but the next step after that is a permanent ban. Riot even tells you in the reform card for your 14 day suspension that your next punishment will be a permanent ban, so unless you have had absolutely 0 punishments prior to this one, then you absolutely did have warnings.

As far as this particular punishment goes, it's hard to say whether or not it was deserved without seeing the chat logs. I will say this, though. Even if someone else is hacking (which I highly doubt the Tryndamere was), it's still not okay to start flaming and harassing them, as that just makes a bad situation even worse. Not necessarily saying that you were as I haven't seen the chat logs.
