Riot should start demoting certain people manually

Before casting your vote, whether it is down or up, on me, please read.

I strongly believe that people use the word "boosted" for stupid reasons. Everyone has bad games, people aren't boosted because they lost a lane, nor are they boosted because they aren't playing at the peak of their condition. I've been a defender of this for a long time now and I still believe it holds true. But even then, the other day, I met my first real "boosted" player in a game and I am talking about a real one, not just a player having a bad streak of games. I just can't deny it, no matter how I look at his stats, that person is ruining games for everyone. With an average death ratio of almost 10 and a win ratio of 15% in his last 13 games, the games where he stop queueing with his "friends", that guy is Diamond 5. The guy even admitted to having his friends "boosting" him to Diamond and his match history support that fact.

And no, the guy wasn't trolling. He was actually trying. He simply had poor decision making and judgment and kept doing mistakes that a Diamond wouldn't normally make.

I want to talk about the real offenders here. The ones that are so obviously not supposed to be in the division they are in right now that Riot should actually review their account and take action against it, demoting it or tanking their MMR, rather than wait for the system to bring them down. Ranked are supposed to be about competitiveness and people like that remove any sense of competitiveness by making games completely one sided. It's pretty much a 4v6 game, at high Elo, it's close to impossible to win against such overwhelming odds. While the system does its job to bring down people, it is slow and painful for anyone that get stuck with a guy like that.

Now, I don't know how it could be done, maybe by flagging their account if their stats are way off after a dozen games or something. I doubt that adding a report for "boosted" players would help in any ways, shape or form.

I know there are plenty of other problems at every ranks and this is only one of them, but this one actually managed to get me tilted, and it takes a lot for me to tilt.
