Ok so this dude is obviously trolling . He picked TP Ashe ADC and i didn't really care but then he randomly started asking ''what is adc'' , ''what is blue buff'' and dumb things like that. That was his 2nd ranked game , why am I even placed with guys like him? And no don't fkin tell me that my MMR is low cause i earn 20-21 LPs and lose 18-19 . Also don't tell me his MMR is high or something like that lol.

He got reported at least 3 times only this game but i bet he won't get punished cause apparently doing this is alright.

Telling someone that and getting banned...i see nothing wrong... You said it a lot to be able to be banned in the first place. If you can't deal with trolls then don't play the game. Ignore/Mute, report, move on.

If he/she was trolling then the systems in place will pick up on that, but regardless of that player's trolling it's not OK to call that player a retard or a piece of shit since that's very much considered negative behavior.

When encountering this kind of behavior, just ignore the person and report him/her after the game. Nothing is gained from engaging with a troll, you'll just get dragged down to its level.
