Hmm, how does one send a generic ticket to Riot?

Currently trying to have viewed the end game chat where this person admitted to intentional feeding, and then before they left said.... "if i ever find you" " I swear to god" "ill ring your neck"........

I would like to make sure Riot sees the full end game chat so i screen shotted from top to bottom, so i would like to know how to pass this information on to Riot.

Anyone know the best way to do so?
