bots in game
Okay, something has to be done. I played a game this morning and there were 3 bots on the team. Something need to be done to prevent a bot from starting, and if one does get in, the account should be deleted.

Do what others are saying. Report the account for "cheating", add a note that it was not a human playing in the game with you. Riot will ban them in waves, once maybe twice a year.

There is an end-of-game report checkbox specifically for bots.
Yeap. Report them please under cheating. They get banned in waves.
Yup just played 2 games in a row where it was 3v5 because of bot teammates repeatedly turret diving.
