Paranoia vs Mark/Dash

Nocturne's Ult is Paranoia ... which is admittedly more potent in some ways than Mark/Dash, but not if he goes against a someone with armor. Mark/Dash deals true damage ... it can't be defended against. And while Paranoia isn't a skill shot, mark dash will allow you to launch yourself at a minion you hit (which has some bonuses to it). But lets face it, Mark/Dash is not a serious ult. But even with the 40 sec. cd, and split the true damage over the mark and the dash, it might as well be another skill for tanky champions.

Take it away, or make it a real spell with no faster cd than flash.
