I'm not upset by a player that is poor in skill, but when a player is trolling on purpose, regardless of what map or mode, they need to be permanently banned. No warning. Just kick them out of the game. They can start a new account if they want, but ban them. They are a pain in the extreme and they waste at least 20 minutes of all the other players time. Ban them. No excuses.
Do you want 4x reports from your team to permaban them, in which case a butthurt quad queue can go around reporting their fifth every time they lose? Do you want it to be stat based, where if you get destroyed in a game and it looks like you fed but you were outskilled and having a bad game? Do you want riot to have an employee look over EVERY game with reports in it; are you going to pay for that? There's no way to straight ban someone for just one game of poor behavior, it has to be a pattern, and that's why riot issues warnings and takes a while to ban someone. Especially if someone like me is being toxic or something, does that warrant my account and hundreds of dollars worth of legacy skins going to waste because of 1 or 2 games? Quit being a baby, when you let the troll get you so outraged you post about it on the forums, they win. They can guarantee 20minutes of your time in game, but you just gave them a couple more posting about it, and even more time when you think about it. Just let it go and move on, get good enough at the game so that it happens less often.

So many champions can be abused for trolling,
