Hextech Crafting question
I've got banned for 2 week maybe a month ago, and since then i never receive any reward( Chest/Keys) as it state i didn't completed my behavior thing... Why i don't receive anything ?

After you complete your punishment, you still have to show that your behavior has improved. It will take some time to play enough games to become eligible for Hextech loot again; the higher tier punishment you received (14 day ban being the highest) the more you have to play to earn loot again. This can be worked off in weeks or months depending on how much you play (you can't wait it out), but if you have indeed improved your behavior you'll work it off in no time; though, if you don't improve you're more likely to be bumped up to the next punishment tier, which is a permaban.
