A simple solution to ranked trolls/afkers.

Ok I wasn't going to make a new discussion about this as I made a post already vaguely about this issue. But then I read various posts describing this problem with ranked matches so now I know I'm not the only one, and I want to see this implemented if it will work.

A simple solution to ranked trolls would be to make reports in ranked count two fold. And also make the punishments from legitimate reports two fold. On top of this, make it clear with a message box that pops every time you click to queue ranked. It would inform you that you should make sure you have a good internet connection and enough time to play. It will also explain that if you receive legitimate reports your actions will be punished swiftly and strictly. End it with saying that false reports will be punished even more severely.

You might say this would just make normals full of trolls, but while this may happen, all of the people that don't want to deal with trolls(aka people that tend to take the game serious) would queue ranked instead. It's not a rule (yet) but ranked is meant to be taken seriously while normals are for practice, or at least this is how I believe the serious leaguers feel.

This sounds good to me and one other person so far. How does this sound to riot?? More importantly (imo) how does this sound to the community???
