I can't really tell. When I'm playing with Chinese people, it's like they're talking in a different language.

Ummmm.... I don't notice anything different. Bear in mind school's about to start or has started, which means perhaps more college aged people are returning to their Unis

Theyve been extremely common for awhile now. Just depends on what time of day you play. Have you been playing later in the night than you normally do?

They have always been pretty common if you play late at night or early in the morning, but I haven't noticed any increase. Its nowhere near as bad as it was during Season 6 where about one out of every 4 games would have a Chinese dynamic que group anytime you played past midnight.
