Complete bullcrap if you ask me even if my power came back and i came back in and finished the match and still get the 20min debuff its just lovely:) total sarcasm btw what i wanna know is has this happened to anyone else?? Or is it just me??
Yes, it happens to other people, not just you.
The thing to keep in mind, though, is that you do not get punished by Leaverbuster for a single incident. Riot knows that sometimes shit happens that causes us to leave, and sometimes it's out of our control, which is they built some leniency into Leaverbuster. You only get punished when you show a history of leaving/disconnecting from multiple games in a short period. It's unfortunate that this happened to you, but you weren't punished for this single incident.
Also, the fact that you have a 20 min wait shows that you have left many games in the past, because that's the harshest punishment you can receive from Leaverbuster.
