New Update stuck at 33%>

So my installer was scanning a thousand files so i went to my Riot Games folder and deleted the filesarchive and the scanning files went faster but now its stuck at 33% and its not moving the update progress at all and it says its updating league of legends. Any way to speed this up or anyone else having this problem? I would appreciate the help! Thanks:)
