What's with the "No name & shame" rule?

It is to prevent me from making a thread named "SonicMaster02 is a toxic a-hole - please go make his life miserable"

No one here can verify my claim. I could falsify screenshot, fake evidence, and only to get you harassed for nothing by complete strangers. Doesn't sound fun, does it?

Because of witch hunts. Imagine someone posts your name on the boards in a negative way. It would be hard to deal with.
