Got Kicked from champ select without warning

I was in ranked queue, entered the ban phase and was waiting for the opponent to ban, I did not receive any indication I had disconnected, or that anyone else had. My WiFi connection was perfectly fine when the opponent got to 0 and I got kicked. Then it gave me the penalty for leaving and took 3 LP. How am I supposed to do anything when it doesn't tell me at all?
