Undeserved Low Priority Queue??

So I got a 10 min. low priority queue back in like September/October. I deserved that one because I d/c'd out of like 3 games in a row, and even though I came back, I missed some parts of the game. Since then, I haven't afk'd once or disconnected. But today (like 5 months of playing later) I d/c for a few minutes, maybe 5 or 6 and I instantly get a 20 min. low priority queue. I think this punishment was undeserved because the message from riot says that I've recently been AFK'ing from games but that isn't the case. I liked the old tribunal system a lot better.
