99% of the time someone says "report This Player"
the player asking for reports had just got done flaming This Player for 5-20 minutes... I've never seen a case where This Player didn't get totally flamed/harassed before x4 reported from their team

I typically just ask what I should report them for. More often than not their reply gives me all the information I need to report that player with a clear conscience. The one asking for reports, that is.

people say to report just to be dicks. last game i was in i had gone mid (when my ally Zoe did) and it became a 3v5 after both my Ashe and Shaco dc'd and Zoe was being pissy cause she claimed that i stole her lane (which i did not) and i hard carried to hell and back with 24/11/7 and Zoe was still saying to report me post game.
It's probably a good thing 1 report is the same as 9 then, isn't it?
