Now that we have "special Que's" for high elo can we start to not match me with blocked players?

the argument why you still get matched with blacklisted players was "in challenger this would fuck up the Que and it would be unfair if we only change it for lower elo" well now its unfair that riot changed the Que for higher elo. so now there is no reason to make the blacklist not BLOCK PPL FROM GETTING INTO MY TEAM

hope this feature gets patched into the game soon since there is no excuse now to not have it. thanks riot.
