A way to limit the chat of verbally toxic players

To deal with verbally toxic players,riot could simply limit their chat by only restricting them to a few selective sentences.

Its basically a "chat box" where the player can't type freely,but he can chose what he wants to say in chat. I've even set them on different categories.

This is the chat box: strategy "Enemy is invading","Group up","I'm split pushing","We need vision","Ward Baron","Ward Drake".

communication "Well played!","Nice try","My bad","Sorry".

See,problem solved! Verbally toxic players can't flame anymore, and your team can't get set back because lack of communication.
