It's ridiculous how many people go afk now, it feels horrible. I have so many games where people go afk after their first death because they think we can't win. And all that happens is they get low priority queue, which most people wait out. There needs to be something else that discourages people from just going afk so easily and feeling like they have little to no punishment.
I get what you are saying but that’s how it is. With internet in a non perfect world. BUT with the new clash coming. They made it so you have to have good honor and I know some people that can’t play clash because of their bad behavior like afk so it will make ppl more honorable and not go afk if they are interested in clash. Most ppl love clash if they do ranked games. So I think there will be less afkers for you man [=
what do you mean? 5x20 min (at worst) is an insane punishement!!! noone can deal with that dude.
I think if you AFK frequently in game, the game should AFK on you. Like if you hit the button to queue up, the game won't register it until the AFK'er becomes frustrated, then a pop up appears that says "Sorry lol was afk"
Worse yet, there are now guides out there that talk about "budgeting" your AFKs. Of course, that doesn't stop people from just leaving the very instant something doesn't go 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000% their way, which is all the fucking time. Not a single game can happen at this point without at least half of the team going AFK and the other half sitting in the fountain, waiting for death to release them into a realm of infinitely greater suffering.
And yes, I've been saying this for years. The community seems to have gotten it into their skulls that this is perfectly fine behavior. Riot needs to shatter this notion.
Excessive afking can lead to bans.
There literally is no worse legal punishment.
People whom rage quit often have been manually reviewed and 14-day banned.
Exept the part where your internet just shutted down for some stupid reason or you bugsplatted, and due to something out of your control you just lost 20 lp and got leaver buster
