Question about leavebuster

first off i never had one but i just wanna know this maybe someone can answer it

so i start a game and at 2:45 my game crashed/pc crashes/i dc, whatever. so now the leavebuster gives me a strike now i have 1 strike (lets say you need 5 to get a punishement)

if i reconnect, play and my game crashes again at 5:37 do i get another strike? or does it say "he alrdy got a strike for this game"? because yesterday i had a guy who reconnected and left like every 30 sec and after the game he said he got a leavebuster and one of the enemys said "you left like 40 times this game, ofc you get a leavebuster" because if thats how the leavebuster works isnt it smarter to just not reconnect when you dc once? chances are that you dc again and get ANOTHER strike.

Im always nice to people even when they are toxic and I get in trouble and they don't. I can't stand toxic people theres no reason for it but when I get in trouble for something I have no control of but they do. people tell me I'm trash to play a real champ I play a lot of aatrox so I get called trash for it or I'm a toxic player cause of his life steal also I play in jg so I get devour and heal every two hits with rage blade and wits end with a full attack speed rune page so I can clear a lot faster and heal more. This means I can't play some one I love cause I get harassed by my team or the enemy team it's not fair to me and I get in trouble for something I have no control over. I have only one leaver buster on me but steel
