Riots stance on Voice Attack/voice commands?

I'm finding it troublesome to use the high amount of buttons League needs (skills, pings, item actives, summoners, info screens, etc...). So, my question is - what is Riot's stance on voice command programs? I have read everything I could find on allowed/ not bannable aids, but this question seems to be unanswered by any authoritative figure.

Would voice commands give me an "unfair advantage"? I don't know. I assume Riot has determined that a normal player can use their zillion keyboard binds to full effectiveness. If so, I would just put myself closer to being a "normal" player (not equal though - as voice command delay is much higher than a skilled player pressing the appropriate button). However, if Riot assumes that this aid is unfair to those who can't use the bindings effectively either, then I would effectively be cheating and would deserve a ban.

I have read that it is impossible for Rioters to say whether a program is safe or not as it may change quickly and get bannable features. My question is a general though - are voice commands safe or not? Are they potentially usable as cheats (and therefore I should get banned no matter if I use that potential or not) or are they in concept legal?

Feel free to discuss this topic, but honestly, I would love to hear Riot's stance on this. I am only considering using voice commands and I would certainly hate to be banned just because of some hearsay/assumptions.

I would imagine that for a more in-depth answer, you should submit a ticket directly to Player Support. However, I know there are programs that allow handicapped people to play the game with certain accessibility options. I can't tell you one way or the other if they're allowed, that would be for player support, but I do know that there are options available.
