Is it reportable for people to be saying things like "I'm gonna hurry and jack off while game loads, plz hold out your champ picks to 1 second"? This has happened in a couple of my games and sometimes they move their champion to lane after 2 minutes then don't actually start playing til like 3 or 4 minutes into the game so we can't remake even.
