Harsher punishments for people in 3s plz

So alot of people seem to think that 3s "doesnt matter" or something stupid like that, so i often find ppl playing 3s ranked who are like, first time players of 3s, or know that they will have to leave in 15 min... or stupid shit like that, and im getting REALLY tired of it. Honestly if we are going to have a 3s ranked mode which means that 3s DOES matter, then i would like to request at least a temporary increase of the punishments for afking and other things in 3s... i feel like its the only way we are gonna flush out the people who go into 3s ranked to troll and generally make everyone have bad games lol
