(salt warning) Question

Hello!!!!! i have 13 permmed accounts and just got a 25 game chat restriction on my new one (2018 is a new year shhhhh) im over the chat restriction i could care less (duh 13 permed) and i have a quick question... since i seem to get mass reported (for reason varying from deserved to BS) ide like to throw a theory out. if i take the time to report every player on enemy and my team every game. do my reports meen less? per say if i have an ahri mid who is a great team mate and did nothing wrong but i report her. will that affect the report i give the next game on a toxic ahri who would have been slightly toxic. my idea here is that since everyone reports me ill just report everyone else and see how many "the summoner u have recently reported yada yada yada" screens i can get per account i own. ty for your time and have a great day :P
