leaver buster is silly

I was in a game where our mid was upset their champ was banned, so picked nunu, used ghost and flash in base, then ran down mid. died 2 times before minions were in lane, then showed up bot and fed. I tried to just enjoy a peaceful game of farming, but then the enemy jungler and top did a four man to kill me during the 4th minute of the game, while nunu fed mid again. I was not enjoying the game, and so I left. there was nothing else for me to do.

I know that what I did was wrong. but the fact that this is a situation players have to face is kind of... shameful. I got put in a leaver buster queue. I will enjoy my next 5 games, which who knows - maybe it will have more trolls in the games making this a more unfun experience. this system I do not find to be an effective one - because my only other option besides 1) feel miserable for 20 minutes or 2) leave or afk and try to enjoy my time other ways is 3) start trolling myself so that I can have some fun without facing punishment.

oh - even better. I have to wait 5 minutes to queue every time for the next 5 games. this is not a good system, riot. trap people with bullies, or punish them for doing the healthy thing and walking away?
