summoner name <removed by moderation> on eu west completely sabotaged my game he would just follow me around the jungle and attempt to steal my farm , and step away from enemies to make them kill me intentionally , so this is my way of reporting him , and i wish a post game screen report and honor system would be implemented so this wont happen again .
Hey Cacanoobs, I understand your frustration when dealing with trolls like this, but this isn't the place to report them. Player reporting/shaming isn't allowed on the boards as per the Universal Rules so I've removed the name from your post.
While you may feel it's necessary to report directly to Riot if you were unable to use the post-game reporting, it really isn't. As long as any one person report them, they will have their actions reviewed. It's likely that someone else reported them even though you weren't able to, so there's no need to submit additional reports elsewhere.
