I'm having an issue with other players

For some reason, everytime I play LoL the same thing happens.

If I'm laning, I'll be sitting under turret for 25 minutes and the jungler will never visit my lane once, except when I go back to buy so he can push my lane.

When I'm jungling, I have bloodthirst and want to gank non-stop. But every lane is pushed to where the enemy is sitting under their turret farming.

Is there a way that you can change my matching algorithm to where I get the junglers that just want to gank all the time be my jungler when I'm laning, and when I'm jungling be the guys that last hit and don't push wave? It's been backwards for so long now.......

if the jungler doesnt gank you... push! and make the enemy farm under turret. lots of ppl fail and lose cs. if you are the jungler. tell your mates. "stop push or i cant gank."

communication. When your jging, ask laners to let the person push ahead of times. Vice versa for if your laning. Other than that, not much
