@ RIOT NAKYLE: Question about Changes to Honor Levels

what will happen with the current honor levels once the changes go live? will the player move up to the appropriate honor level once it goes live or will the player keep current honor level and then the change takes effect for future honor levels?

example: under the new system a player would be considered honor level 5 and under the current system they are considered honor level 4 so which one will they be when the change goes live.
