Why not just do the samething overwatch do and BAN players for the season that feeds intentionally in RANKED games....this is the best thing riot can do. like seriously.

They ban players for 14 days the first time, and will escalate to a permaban the second time. While a 14 day ban is not as bad as a full Competitive season of Overwatch (3 months?), the ban is from playing the game in any way, and any further negative behavior can result in a permaban; that kind of makes it a lot more severe in some respects. I don't think changing that is very necessary.
